Three Sons Window & Door, Inc. has earned its second Remodeler Project of the Quarter Award from CertainTeed Corporation for outstanding work in a recent remodel.

What helped us earn this award was the remodel of this 1950s era single-family home located in Northborough, Massachusetts. The exterior of the split-level Ranch house originally featured old bark wood siding in white with black trim and black roofing. Our experienced team worked with the owners to create a more vibrant exterior and help the outside of the home really stand out.

The complete remodel featured CertainTeed Cedar Impression Vinyl Siding, CertainTeed Landmark Roofing shingles, new Harvey BP Classic Style Windows and a Therma-Tru door. Three Sons Window & Door has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award,
reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and
consumer review site in 2015.
“Only about 5 percent of the Window and Door companies in Massachusetts have performed so
consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a
really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an
“A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing
with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F
scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.

Three Sons Window and Door is now a Harvey Elite Series Dealer.  Harvey Building Products Elite Windows are only offered through  carefully selected dealers.  Many Replacement window companies install Harvey Windows, but only a few have earned the designation of Harvey Elite Dealer.

The Harvey Elite Series meets all Energy Star requirements and has a U-Facor of .21.  The panes are Triple glazed with a Low-E coating to enhance thermal performance.  The Harvey elite Series windows offer a .10 air infiltration.  The Elite Series comes in different color options as well as grid configurations.  Hardware comes in white (standard) but is also offered in other finishes.  The warranty covers the window and parts for life and a lifetime glass breakage warranty.
