Paul Nutile: President
Paul Nutile has been in the remodeling industry for over 40 years and brings extensive knowledge in all aspects of residential construction. Paul’s vision and drive are the heart of Three Sons Window & More, and his experience and leadership have helped build the company’s reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. He takes pride in creating successful partnerships with homeowners and guiding projects from concept to completion.
Paul holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License and is certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute, a Window Installation Master, Lead Safe Certified, and a CertainTeed 5-Star Contractor.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cheering on New England sports teams, and playing a few holes of golf. He is the proud father of seven children and 13 grandchildren.
Susan Nutile: Marketing and Social Media Manager
Susan Nutile has been a valued member of the Three Sons Window & More team for many years, bringing dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. She manages the company’s social media and marketing efforts, coordinates scheduling, and oversees a variety of administrative responsibilities that help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Sue enjoys reading, traveling with her husband Paul, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on Boston sports teams. She is the proud mother of three children and one grandson.

Robert Nutile: Sales
As the oldest of the three sons, Robert started in the building trades over 20 years ago. He started part-time with Three Sons Window & More in 1995 and then full-time in 2000. He has expertise in window installation, construction, siding installation and sales. Robert’s attention to detail is second to none. He is a CertainTeed 5 Star Contractor, Lead safe certified and holds a Mass Construction Supervisors License. He is also vinyl siding certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute. Robert is married to Melanie and they have two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Layla. He enjoys all Boston sports, golfing, camping and family trips to Disney. James Shields: Sales
Upon completion of his military service, James decided to pursue a carrier in the home remodeling industry. This is an industry he had always been interested in. James has worked with some of the top remodelers in the Boston area. In the 80`s, he decided to start his own home improvement company. For over 30 years, Jim and his team and had great success, becoming a top remolding company in the Boston metropolitan area. They received many awards and great reviews on all the top referral sites. In the past year, James merged his company with Three Sons Window & More! Jim still loves helping homeowners make the right decisions for their home remodeling needs. Richard “Rick” Gaudet – Project Manager
Rick Gaudet brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to the Three Sons team and has served as our Project Manager for the past 10 years. With extensive knowledge of all phases of construction, from planning and coordination to final completion, Rick helps ensure every project is completed with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
When he’s not managing projects, Rick enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Tina, their seven children, and two grandchildren.
Marisa Arai: Office Administrator
Before joining the Three Sons team in 2019, Marisa worked as the Business Manager for a manufacturing company. Marisa also has many years of experience working in the medical field as an executive admin. She holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License. Marisa is a mom of two young sons, Cameron and Lucas. She loves spending time with them building blanket forts and watching Marvel movies. Sadie Nutile: Official Office Greeter
Sadie has been working at our office for 7 years. She spends her time at our office greeting customers & napping.
