Paul arrived on time for initial consult/estimate (I was late, he was very accommodating).  Estimate was provided quickly, and also price was reasonable (24 vinyl replacement windows in 2-family house).  His crew installed the windows in 1 day (5 people to do the job).  Rob and Peter  were the crew leaders, and listened to my concerns and performed work as requested.  They went out of their way to help in 1 apartment, which required extensive furniture/plants to do the work.  Communications with the ofice (Peggy and Sue) were quickly and courteously responded to.  Overall job from estimate to completion was 3 weeks.
