The job was difficult because the building is brick and the original windows had been installed in such a way that it was nearly impossible to remove them without damaging the walls, and I was nervous about that. After Paul came out to look at the job and provide an estimate, I held off scheduling the work because I was waiting to see the work of another company on a similar job nearby (that had also provided an estimate on my job). Having seen that work, I knew I wanted to go with Three Sons. I also knew what I wanted to avoid — damage to the walls when the old windows were removed — and how I wanted the walls repaired if damage did occur. Paul came out a second time so we could discuss that. He sent me specs so that I could get approval of those from the condo management company.
The job was managed by Robert. He and the other workers were on time, professional and pleasant. They cleaned up the mess in the house and in the yard, repaired the existing moisture damage on the walls near the window frames, and left them in paint-ready condition. It turned out better than I expected. Robert also installed a nice wooden threshold in front of the slider door.
I’m very happy with the windows and door and the workmanship. I highly recommend Three Sons.
