Paul has been in the remodeling industry for over 40 years. He has extensive knowledge in all types of construction projects. Paul’s vision and drive are the heart of Three Sons Window & Door. His experience and skills enable him to offer quality construction services to customers by creating a successful partnership throughout the entire process. He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License, Vinyl Siding Institute Certified, Window Installation Master Certified, Lead Safe certified and is a CertainTeed 5-Star Contractor. Susan Nutile: Marketing and Social Media Manager
Susan has been working at Three Sons Window & Door for over 10 years. She is responsible for handling our social media accounts, marketing, scheduling and many administrative tasks. Robert Nutile: Sales
As the oldest of the three sons, Robert started in the building trades over 20 years ago. He started part-time with Three Sons Window & Door in 1995 and then full-time in 2000. He has expertise in window installation, construction, siding installation and sales. Robert’s attention to detail is second to none. He is a CertainTeed 5 Star Contractor, Lead safe certified and holds a Mass Construction Supervisors License. He is also vinyl siding certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute. Robert is married to Melanie and they have two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Layla. He enjoys all Boston sports, golfing, camping and family trips to Disney. James Shields: Sales
Upon completion of his military service, James decided to pursue a carrier in the home remodeling industry. This is an industry he had always been interested in. James has worked with some of the top remodelers in the Boston area. In the 80`s, he decided to start his own home improvement company. For over 30 years, Jim and his team and had great success, becoming a top remolding company in the Boston metropolitan area. They received many awards and great reviews on all the top referral sites. Marisa Arai: Office Administrator
Before joining the Three Sons team in 2019, Marisa worked as the Business Manager for a manufacturing company. Marisa also has many years of experience working in the medical field as an executive admin. She holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.
