This next remodel is one of our favorites in recent years, because these homeowners had a vision for their home’s exterior that truly took it above & beyond! The Watertown, MA homeowners reached out to our team looking to completely reimagine their home’s exterior. They had a well-maintained home, but aspects were beginning to become a bit worn, and they decided it was time to transform the home’s exterior! CertainTeed Monogram Vinyl Siding & Cedar Impressions

To begin, let’s discuss the siding materials we used for this replacement. The home’s existing siding was a pale, yellow vinyl siding which looked nice, but the homeowners were ready for something fresh. They decided that for their siding replacement, they would install a mixture of Cedar Impressions siding shingles, along with CertainTeed’s most popular siding option, Monogram vinyl siding. They had the idea of using both siding materials to craft a unique two-tone siding approach that truly helped this home’s exterior pop.

We installed Mountain Cedar Impressions siding shingles on the top half of the home, with the Monogram siding in Cypress installed along the lower half of the home! Both options, built by CertainTeed, have plenty of curb appeal and offer impeccable protection against all of Massachusetts’ inclement weather.

The homeowners were thrilled with the finished siding, but we still had more work to do on this home!

Marvin Double-Hung Windows

In addition to the new siding, our team installed new Marvin replacement windows in the home. The homeowners were looking to update their home’s windows along with the siding, and they elected to install new Marvin Essential Double-Hung windows around the home! The new windows complement the siding beautifully, and truly help bring the home’s exterior together in a cohesive manner. However, this home still needed one more finishing touch.

Therma-Tru Entry Door

Lastly, our team installed a new Therma-Tru entry door on the home! Our team at Three Sons Window & Door recently remodeled this West Roxbury, MA home’s exterior! The homeowners reached out to our team in search of a complete exterior overhaul, from their siding, to their windows, and much more! Our team was happy to take on the challenge, and we went out to West Roxbury to meet with the homeowners and discuss their goals for this project!

The homeowners were looking for a way to breathe new life into their home’s exterior, and they had a number of areas that needed be addressed, from the siding, to the deck. We sat down to discuss all of our available remodeling options, and after a bit of deliberation, we found the perfect options for every aspect of the remodel!

CertainTeed Monogram & Cedar Impressions

First off, for this particular remodel, our team used two different styles of siding, both manufactured by CertainTeed. For the bulk of the replacement, we installed CertainTeed’s Monogram vinyl siding, which is known for its durability and beauty and is quite popular among the homeowners we work with. However, these homeowners were looking for a way to add a touch of additional curb appeal to the home, and decided to install accents of CertainTeed’s Cedar Impressions siding shingles. Molded from real cedar shingles and built from a durable polymer, these shingles provide the curb appeal of traditional cedar siding, but offer far more longevity and durability. With the two options paired together, this home will not only be well-protected, but also look beautiful!

Harvey Replacement Windows

Next up, our team installed a number of new Harvey Classic double-hung windows in the home. Based out of Waltham, MA, Harvey is a local company that so many Massachusett’s homeowners trust to keep their home’s protected!
