The homeowner wanted a total remodel that included a new roof, new energy efficient windows, new vinyl siding on the exterior, new doors, and a new decking/railing system. Remodeling your home ultimately requires less maintenance and makes it easier for when it’s time to sell your home.

For the back deck, the homeowner chose that were used were Therma-Tru Doors. curb appeal of your home. AZEK Building products in Slate Gray and White. The doors Therma-Tru doors are energy efficient as well as increase the curb appeal.

The beautiful Flagstone siding is from the CertainTeed Monogram collection. The CertainTeed Monogram collection offers over 40 siding and trims colors for your home. CertainTeed Siding is practically maintenance free and will never need to be painted.

The roof was a Charcoal Black architectural shingle by CertainTeed Roofing and Harvey Building Products supplied the Classic style windows on this beautiful renovated Chelmsford home.
